Title: Strategic project management for business and entreprise, by M. Bechir Ben Othman.
The current decade has already brought its share of challenges to businesses, enterprises and projects alike. In the presentation, we look at the impact of the economic system on these ventures and discuss other analogies between these three types of economic activity.
We propose that business, enterprise and projects can mutually benefit from a synergy between their respective knowledge and best practices. We discuss, also, the need for strategic project management “SPM”. Finally, we propose a new schematic model for SPM and discuss what it can offer for business and enterprise.
