Learning outcomes for accounting major

Student seeking a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a Major of accounting are expected to acquire the following learning outcomes:

  • Students will demonstrate knowledge on the fundamentals of accounting
  • Students will demonstrate ability to analyze financial statements and accounting aspects related to business investment decisions
  • Students will demonstrate ability to communicate accounting information for managerial decision
  • Student will develop numerical and IT skills including quantitative and graphical analysis of accounting information
  • Students will demonstrate ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the accounting information systems
