She has a PhD in Finance and has been teaching for 13 years in Tunisian Public Universities. In 2013, she set up a career development center « Smart Center » at Tunis Business School with close collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Tunisia. This career center facilitated the job placement of more than 70% graduates. In March 2016, fellow of two US State Department programmes : «Education and Industry/ Private Sector Linkages » at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and “Immersion to the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Columbia University” in New York. From september 2016 to march 2020, she was Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific research on “Employability and Education/Environment Linkages”. She developed the career centers network project « 4C » to cover 75% of universities and 100% of the country. These career centers « 4C » aim to enhance the students employability through counseling, business community outreach, training and certification in soft and hard skills. She developed the « student entrepreneur statue ». A special statue for students entreperneurs to benefit from academic, training and labs access advantages She was the head of the university services digitalization programme. This programme aims to modernize communication and collaboration tools and digitalize all the information system related to the university subscirption and students accommodations
